Tweetstats.com
This is a fantastic site for monitoring your tweets in terms of volume, average time of day, etc. It also allows you to make a word cloud which will show you the words most often used in your tweets. We use this as a gauge for how engaging and interactive we are in our posts. Again, an excellent, free tool.

Get Clicky Analytics
It is often thought that Google Analytics is the end-all be-all of analytics programs, however there are other programs out there that can greatly supplement your Google Analytics information. We use Get Clicky on many of our websites to get even more detailed information about the demographics of our web visitors. This is an excellent supplement to your Google Analytics data.

Vimeo
Vimeo has steadily been gaining ground in the video hosting and social video networking field. They do not have as many users as YouTube, but they also have higher standards for the content posted there. If your videos are not overtly commercial in nature (e.g. "buy this product now!"), then Vimeo is a great place to host and promote your videos, in addition to YouTube. They also have some great white label hosting options for businesses.
